Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please submit an inquiry on our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
